Information Wanted: Shooting Death of Tre Shambry |

At approximately 9:50 PM on January 18th, 2010, multiple gunshots were heard originating from a corner of a parking lot within the Holland Park Apartment Complex in Lawrenceville. Several persons called the Gwinnett County Police Department and reported that they heard a number of gunshots emanating from the parking lot. At the same time, the mother of Tre Shambry reported that Tre, her 13 year old son, had been shot. Tre was struck by gunfire while looking out his bedroom window of the apartment he, his mother and two sisters occupied. It appears Tre may have heard the argument leading to the gunshots and looked out of his bedroom window just as the shots were being fired.
Detectives are currently in the process of attempting to determine the motive underlying the gunshots. At least two suspects in this matter were engaged in some form of argument when gunfire errupted and the victim was unintentionally shot.
Investigators are looking for any information concerning the suspects. They are believed to have left the complex driving a red colored 2 door hatch-back type vehicle with an "after market" exhaust system and a dark colored, 4 door "camry styled" vehicle. Currently, there are no suspect descriptions.

On November 17, 2009 at approximately 3:38 pm the pictured suspect entered a Wachovia Bank Branch and approached a teller at the counter. There, he held up a small note for the teller to read. This note conveyed his intention to rob the bank and demanded the teller’s money. The suspect took the money he received and left the bank without incident. The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 40 and 50 years old, 5’9” to 5’11” tall and weighing between 180 and 190 pounds.

On September 25, 2009, at approximately 2:30 PM, the pictured suspect entered a Bank of America branch and approached a teller at the counter. There, he held up a small note for the teller to read. This note conveyed his intention to rob the bank and demanded the teller's money. The suspect took the money he received and left the bank without incident. The suspect is described as a white male between the ages of 40 and 50 years old, 5' 10" to 5' 11" tall and weighing between 230 and 240 pounds. At the time of this robbery he was seen wearing an ivory colored, NASCAR baseball style cap.

Jimmy Lee Harris, pictured above, is wanted in connection with 5 armed robberies of Family Dollar stores. He is a 19 year old male who stands 6’0” tall and weighs 200 pounds and is known to frequent the Allen Temple Apartments. He is believed to be involved in the following armed robberies: 2615 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway on 9/2/09 at 5:00pm, 3500 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. on 9/3/09 at 1:00pm, 1104 Moreland Ave. on 9/9/09 at 3:25pm, 2310 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. on 9/18/09 at 1:20pm and 824 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway on 9/24/09 at 11:45pm. Crime Details:The story line is on the night of April 4th 2006 (Prom Night) JaVonda Tharbs
was at the home of her sister DaVonda Tharbs getting ready for an after prom
party. When Jason Reeves, Jermaine Reeves, Terry Waddell and Larry Mitchell
snuck up to the window of DaVonda's apartment. Shots were fired through the
window (blinds drawn) at the shadow of a female walking through the room.
JaVonda was fatally wounded and died.
The shooting was in retaliation to a shooting several nights before of Kay
Deberry (mother of Jason, Jermaine, and Terry). Previously DaVonda was
talking loudly about the shooting of Deberry and had an encounter with Terry
Waddell. The brothers armed with handguns got their friend and local shooter
Larry Mitchell to go along with them. Suspect (Jermaine Reeves) been spotted in the Atlanta area
