Police Search For Bank Robbery Suspect |

The Atlanta Police Department is seeking assistance from the public to help identify the above pictured suspect. He is wanted in connection with the bank robbery which occurred at the BB&T Bank located at 2255 Peachtree Rd. on April 27, 2009 at 9:45 am. He is described as a black male of medium dark complexion, late 30’s to early 40’s, 5’9” tall and 240 pounds. This individual was in the company of an unknown black male approximately the same age and height and weight.

Suspect defrauded an elderly women out of money. Three males did a door to door sales scam, offering to clean the women's siding and gutters. Suspect gave a written estimate, but the companies name and phone number were bogus. They pressured women to write them a check, which David Bimbo promptly cashed. The suspects never returned to do the work. The above suspect was seen at the bank cashing the check, which was written out to him.

Subject placed a gun to the back of a female college student on the morning of 12/18/2008 in the area of Clayton Place Apartments. He forced her to a secluded area of the apartment complex and attempted to rape her. She was able to get away. Subject should be considered armed and dangerous. Subject is a convicted felon and has been arrested by Lake City Police Department for Burglary, Loitering, and Assault.
