On 06/26/2012, the victim met Jonathan Shields through a dating website. At approximately 2240 hours, the victim had to leave the apartment in Dunwoody, GA due to a family emergency. Upon returning to the apartment, at approximately 2305 hours, a number of electronics were taken and Shields had already left the location. At a later date, Shields pawned a laptop taken from the victim. Warrants related to this case are: Theft by Taking (Fel) and Theft by Rec/Dispose (Fel). Shields is also wanted in Mississippi for Felony Grand Larceny and Felony Probation violation and wanted in Virginia for failure to appear bail.
